Along with the combination of Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology, this session will ease your sore muscles and restore balance to your being, leaving you feeling refreshed & centered.

Through the gentle laying of hands either on or just over the 7 chakra centers (fully clothed), Reiki relaxes the body and aligns our chakra system or energy centers. Reiki is beneficial in assisting with anxiety & depression, PTSD, ADD/ADHD and the effects of cancer and its treatments. Reiki can clear emotional blockages and/old "stuck" energy which can manifest within our physical bodies as pain or unease. Reiki will assist your body in feeling relaxed, refreshed and aligned.

You remain fully clothed during this session.
