Perfect Harmony is a zen-filled 90-minute or 2 hour session of Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology & Reiki. This blissful combination is bookended with Reiki to relax and ground your nervous system. Along with the combination of Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology, this session will ease your sore muscles and restore balance to your being, leaving you feeling refreshed & centered.

Tight shoulders? Sore neck or lower back? This is the perfect session if you are short on time and need some pain relief.

Each session is customized to the client's needs to create the ultimate healing experience. Infused with intuition, Reiki energy and reflexology, this work leaves you feeling relaxed and balanced from head to toe.

Reflexology uses stimulation to reflex points in the feet and toes that correspond to all organs, glands and systems of the body. Reflexology has wonderful health benefits which include increased circulation, lowered blood pressure, improved sleep and better nerve function. Reflexology balances the hormones and can assist in providing relief from the symptoms of menopause and from the side effects of various cancer treatments. You remain fully clothed during this session.

Reiki relaxes the body and aligns our chakra system (energy centers). Reiki is beneficial in assisting with anxiety & depression, PTSD, ADD/ADHD and the effects of cancer and its treatments. Reiki can clear emotional blockages and/or old "stuck" energy which can manifest within our physical bodies as pain or unease. Reiki is healing and restorative and will leave one feeling relaxed, refreshed and lighter. A soothing & grounding foot massage is included in the 60 minute session.
