Perfect Harmony is a zen-filled 90-minute or 2 hour session of Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology & Reiki. This blissful combination is bookended with Reiki to relax and ground your nervous system. Along with the combination of Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology, this session will ease your sore muscles and restore balance to your being, leaving you feeling refreshed & centered.

Tight shoulders? Sore neck or lower back? This is the perfect session if you are short on time and need some pain relief.

Reflexology uses stimulation to reflex points in the feet and toes that correspond to all organs, glands and systems of the body. Reflexology has wonderful health benefits which include increased circulation, lowered blood pressure, improved sleep and better nerve function. Reflexology balances the hormones and can assist in eases also provide relief from the symptoms of menopause from the side effects of various cancer treatments. Bookended with the encompassing and grounding sounds of a Native American drum, this Reiki session is taken to the next level with the healing energy work of sound. The calming, low sound of the drum will gently vibrate throughout your nervous system, grounding your body at a deeper level.
